Sunday Morning - Rise and Roll Crew

Some primary reasons I started Jiu Jitsu (and why I’ve stuck with it for so long) is, damn, it’s fun and because of the people you meet. Had a blast with the Rise and Roll crew today and great to see some new faces and meet some new people. Thanks to all you guys and girls.
